Jill Alikas St Thomas, known at the time as Sandra Jill Alikas and Ray Carroll in 1987 founded the Sire Reprise electronic band Waterlillies from New York City. Having answered Jill’s ad in the Village Voice, they met under the arch of Washington Square Park to exchange cassettes of projects they were working on. By 1995 the duo had released (2) full length albums, “Evoloptuouisity” their first and the follow up “Tempted”.
